The Earth is a Chili (2020) / Jorden er en Chili

“The Earth is a Chili” is an imaginative and philosophical story from a child’s perspective. It is an animated short documentary for children age 7-12. In the film the audience is invited on a journey through 8 y/o Emrik’s playtime with his little brother and the girl next door. It is a combination of intense battles between good and evil, brotherhood, love, dreams and nightmares. Emrik himself is in control of how the story’s told, and the short film experiments with how children want to convey their universe and visualise their fantasies.
